SriVatsa Polytechnic College was established in the year 2010 - 2011 by V.K.R. Educational Trust, with a mission of providing Technical Education to the rural area Students. The Polytechnic College comes under self financing scheme affiliated to the Board of Technical Education, Government of Tamilnadu and it is also approved by All India Council for Technical Education, Government of India.
